By accessing or using SiteTrace ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

SiteTrace provides website health monitoring, uptime checking, SSL monitoring, SEO auditing, and related services. The Service is provided on a subscription basis with free and paid tiers.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You may only monitor websites that you own or have explicit permission to monitor. You agree not to use the Service to monitor websites for malicious purposes, to generate excessive load on third-party servers, or to violate any applicable laws.

5. Subscription and Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months.

6. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service downtime or monitoring gaps.

7. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from your dashboard settings.

9. Limitation of Liability

SiteTrace is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify users of material changes by email.
